According to Ed Milliband's guest blog
'There are still far too few women MPs, too few women in our boardrooms, the Cabinet or in senior management positions. Women have suffered more than men during Britain's recent economic troubles too, with this government's cuts affecting them three times as hard as men. '
The FF team say would love to hear what you think. We reckon he is on the money with there being too few women MP's, in the boardroom and in senior positions. Question is, what can we do about it and why is it STILL an issue.

And is he right to say women have suffered more than men? In the FF programme we often hear that the reality is we need real equality in order to move the whole FF agenda forward properly. We think that's true - are we going backwards?
