Planning another baby but looking for a job

I have been working in my company for 6 years now. Did really well and got great pay increases and bonuses every year until my pregnancy. I am back at work full time for past 14 months now and have been working really hard to keep up the output and enthusiasm. However, since i was pregnant I have received no bonus and no pay rise. They have also stopped hiring any women on my team since my pregancy - they realised women in their early thirties might have babies!! Thats another story.
So essentially they are bastards and I want out. But I want another baby soon.
Sorry for waffling - my question is really is it bad form to start in a new job and then get pregnant pretty quickly? I think yes but hate having to stay in this mysoginistic place while I have another (have to save for a while as couldnt live on statutory mat pay and my dp is unemployed (read: SAHD with adorable toddler living my dream life!!).

Just wondering if other MNers have got pregnant soon after starting new job and was it simply that you felt guilty ...but actually not much worse than that? Any experiences you'd like to share with me?

Does your current company give more than statutory maternity pay? If yes I would advise you stay put, get pregnant quick and then leave after mat leave. If you move now you may not be entitled to any additional maternity pay.

They are bastards EVERYWHERE. Get pregnant, take mat leave, then leave.

Thanks - no they dont give 1p more than statutory which would not go anywhere near paying the rent so i will have to stick it out and save up to take 7 months off. So hard to save though. i HATE the bastards.
And i cant even tell them that dp is unemployed as i had to tell them ds1 is in creche so i get to leave at 6pm on the dot every day "to collect him". If they knew dp was at home they would expect me to stay late every night with all of them. Hate them all.
