To make a # for myself?

I have a job interview for my dream job next week and in the job description they said they want someone creative and social media savvy. To help myself stand out in the interview I've created a # and asked people to retweet a tweet of mine or tweet to the # so I can show it in the interview.

I thought this was quite creative and using social media to my advantage but one of my friends says I am being ridiculous and will look stupid showing that during the interview.

It's a job in social media, by the way. AIBU?

Hi everyone! Sorry, NC!

I did get the job! I start on June 10th and I am so very excited! Thank you for all of your advice and help because I don't think I could have done it alone Grin

I was talkative, polite and professional but did let my rather big personality shine through. They liked the Twitter idea and told me nobody had bothered to do that Shock
