Is there anyone here who deals with CV's (H/r etc)

I was wondering if there is anyone about that deals with CV's? I've been looking for part time work for a few months now and whilst I appreciate there is not many jobs around I'm beginning to wonder if my CV is not up to scratch.

If there is anyone here who could help and has a moment to spare? I'd be most grateful!
