Hi,We are considering launching an online children's store.
We have a strong idea of the styling were aiming for(Bonpoint on a budget!) but are unsure of which suppliers to approach first,who is reputable etc.Many Thanks,oh and ideally french/european in style

You should research the brands you are interested in and approach them. Perhaps look at who the competition stock. Also try trade fairs such as Bubble to meet designers face to face.
