Pre-employment medical - how heavy is too heavy?

Hey all - I have to have a full medical (today) before I can take up an offer of a job. I am about a stone and a half overweight (BMI puts me in overweight category). Will this be an issue do you think?

Can I just say - I USED to be about 3 stone heavier than this, so I am generally quite pleased with my weight - am just getting nervous about this.

Is your weight relevant to the job?

No - shouldn't be. Its not a job where fitness tests/physical fitness is a particular part of the job.
