Been back at work since January but thinking of quitting?!?

I have been back at work full time since January. I am enjoying it but not feeling as fulfilled as I thought I would. I can't go part time in this job. Should I quit and become a SAHM? DD is 10 months and seems to like her childcare. I can't put my finger on it but I know something isn't right. Any ideas?

Have you tried asking to work from home 1 day a week, if possible?
Otherwise you have the right to request flexible working hours under employment law. You have to give a detailed account of why this would be beneficial to your company as well as yourself, show that you understand how this may impact your place of work but how this could be overcome if you get your request etc.
You must state what you would like in terms of hours or eg a four day work week etc. Your company will then review this and give you an answer. If they decline your request, they must tell you why and have very good reasons to do so.
I think you can appeal but best to google 'right to request' for info.
