If you have no contract, have been in post for 13 months and are monthly paid how much notice of resignation do you need to give?

I was about to say one month statutory notice period but it is actually 1 week if you haven't got a contract link here to Gov advice

I would give the HR dept a call to double check. Without a contract (they should have sent this within 8 weeks of start date) you must give whatever the statutory notice period is

I wouldn't contact HR tbh, in case they try and tell you it's more. Give a week, or longer if you can and want to be helpful.
