What's the cash limit of part-time work when you're on JSA?

My sister has been merrily informed by the job centre that she can work 19 hours a week without her benefits (HB, dole, no kids) being affected. But she earns about £25 an hour. Is the job centre right? is there a cash limit on the 19 hours?

not sure exact figures but i think its under £100 a week
