New job, thinking of leaving already :(

Ok so my work history is:
Barristers clerk
Admin roles in stocks and shares company
Estate agent
Various other sales roles

Now I am studying towards an NVQ in business administration, so I wanted a basic job just to bring in some income that is stress free and part time!

I had a few trial shifts in bars hated it!

I started a new job in a clothes shop yesterday and I don't think I like it either! I think I feel like it is beneath my skill base really (not that I think people in retail are below me).

Now I feel like a quitter and like maybe I just don't want to work. After speaking with friends today that know me well, they think I need a job that I get some job satisfaction from!

I don't really know why I'm posting this, maybe just looking for some advice! I might start looking for a different job which is more similar to what I have done before!

I agree with your friends, start looking for jobs that match your qualifications. It might be helpful to send your CV to a specialist agency. That's how I got my best job, I was really surprised I got the job TBH. The agency was my last resort, I thought I would have no chance.

Really, what line of work are you in? And what type of specialist agency was it?

I worked on Thursday and although it was still boring and long, it was less crap as the other staff members working were different and more chatty!
