I am currently on a secondment, both my secondment and origional posts contracts end at the end of october.

I just wanted to know if i have any rights to end my secondment and go back to my origional post? My secondment offer letter has no info on this, neither does my contract. Just curious atm, so don't want to ask my employers anout it yet.

End your secondment early you mean? No right to do so if there is no right written into the secondment agreement, no.

Okie dokie, will stick it out in my secondment role then, thank you :)

Just because you have no legal right to insist doesn't mean you can't ask, if you're not happy with staying in your secondment for whatever reason.
