I'm hoping for some advice really.
We are a fast growing IT Recruitment Agency based in Tunbridge Wells - West Kent with clients situated around the globe.
Constantly looking to hire talented Recruiters to join our team we've had some success recently hiring a new mum who used to work in London but now wants to stay local- for obvious reasons.
We can offer flexible working, good salaries / career growth / commission etc and really want to target new Mums and Dads in the local area who used to work in the City but are now looking for that work / life balance that a commute makes impossible.
As a niche market specialist we're keen to help experienced recruiters continue to build upon their previous success and offer everything needed to make that happen
I wondered if anyone could recommend where to look, or who to advertise with to get exposure to the parents in the local area? The local newspaper doesn't work at all.
