how to apply for jobs online through agencies

I mean, so your CV gets noticed? i have applied online to a few agencies for jobs that I would love yet the agencies just ignore my application.

May be worth reviewing your CV? Are you sending in speculative applications or applying for specific posts? I would make appointments with a few good recrutiment agencies and meet them face to face to sell yourself

Yes I'd be interested in some tips too. I've heard that it has to be in a certain format so that online libraries can read it properly or something. Agree with godot that making human connection good. But I find it more difficult to get appointments these days as the consultants seem to be more swamped. When I've just turned up at places they say ...if you've registered online we'll be in touch.

i think that's what i find tough too, they don't want to meet in person and many don't have any contact numbers just email.

i must email at least three a day lately and not one reply!
