Have to do an IT test before interview. Please tell me what I need to know.

It's for an administration position so I expected to be tested. I think it will be mainly based on excel and word although maybe a little access. My skills are rusty and I have never done an IT test before. If anyone knows what it will likely entail or has done one before please can you give me an idea so I don't freeze on the day.

I was given certain tasks to do, like an in-tray test - write a letter, prepare a poster for a specified event, set up a table to include certain data etc within a time scale.
