Annual bonus pro rata due to mat leave

Anyone had any experience of this and can advise where I stand?

I was due a bonus soon after returning to work :)
I have been sent a calculation showing it as pro ratad for my maternity leave and reduced hours on return to work.
I guess that's all fine - my question is - should the annual leave days I took as part of my maternity leave actually be added back in? I think they were excluded - which sort of makes sense except that if I had worked the full year then 100% would have included days not worked for annual leave - does that make sense??
Long and probably indecipherable post - any advice most welcome,
Thanks

Pro rata is fine for mat leave but annual leave taken added on to mat leave should count working time I would think

Thanks noodle well deciphered - that's exactly what I was thinking!

I agree, unless they want to start taking it out for everyone Grin. Probably just an oversight of you were off x date to x date without looking at what it actually was.

Yes I think that is perhaps what has happened - I just wanted to check I am right in thinking it should have been in there. Thanks
