Best websites to look for a part time job

I am currently working full time in Marketing. Although I like my job, I would like to be able to spend more time with my children (pick up from school, time for homework...) there is no opportunities in my current company, and thus I am starting to look for a new part time job in West London. Most of the jobs advertised are full time positions.

Would you recommend any websites, recruitement agencies or companies I could contact? Do you have any advice to find a part time job?

Thank you

My search criteria may have been rather crude BTW Grin

Women Like Us.
And you can set up a part-time search on Guardian Jobs. This seems to bring up LOADS of voluntary posts, but I've seen a few really good options in there as well.

Take a look at www.timewisejobs.co.uk/
It is the new part time jobsboard from Women Like Us.

Have you considered freelance work? If it's something you would consider you could take a look at Elance.com - I have picked up a couple of projects from there but a friend who decided to quit and focus (like really focus!) on just work off that site just bought herself a house (U.S.) with her earnings from the first 2-3 years!

Part time marketing is a bitch to find! Which industry are you in?

There is nothing on Reed, for you?
Reed I find one of the easiests websites, because you can set your search up for part time jobs, within 1 mile, 3 miles, 5 miles, 10 miles of your house etc. I find for accounts jobs, this is one of the easiest to use.

Timewise is your best bet
Capability Jane has some
Otherwise the usuals - michael page, monster, job is job... Gumtree has 'odd' ones, so do read carefully!
Guardian is useless - good if you don't want to be paid!

There are contract jobs, but again, mostly full time.

Part times come up once in a blue moon. Have you asked your current employer to consider part time or jobshare?

The market is very bad atm - very much a buyers market, so salaries one third to a half lower than full time. Or two thirds (bangs head... Why didn't I work harder at school and get a 'proper' job??)
