I need to find someone to job share with me in HR role

I work in HR as a business partner and have just had my return to work meeting with my company as I have requested to work 3 days a week. They have said that provided they can find someone to job share with me and so do the other two days they would agree to my request. They are going to advertise the role, but I thought I would also try to help this along so I am wondering if anyone on the site would be interested?

I forgot to ask also whether anyone had any good ideas of website where they could advertise the role so that those looking for part time would see it?

I had similar situation with my previous employer but they weren't willing to consider job share. This sounds like exactly the sort of thing I am looking for. If the job is still available perhaps we old talk about it further?

I would have considered it but I'm pregnant so would only be around until October.

FYI it's £150 + VAT to advertise on Women Like Us but good for recruiting for Central London.

I don't think there'll be any problem recruiting an HR BP for 2 x days a week. Have you tried posting on LinkedIn? There's CIPD groups as well as other HR groups.
