How do I find a really good luxury fashion brands PR freelancer?

A friends husbands business is in luxury menswear, new start up, good backing and product. I used to work in consumer PR many moons ago, but consumer stuff. Where could I find/look for someone who has mens fashion luxury experience for a freelance job? Have had a quick google but no luck?

You could try - www.prca.org.uk/previewapplication.asp - but it looks like you have to give a lot of info. I am guessing they play match maker?

Or try peopleperhour.com? Freelance site. Be really specific about what you are looking for; type of products, market, general gist of PR activity and potential timeline. People then bid for the job/task with a price/price per hour, you select one. The freelancer pays commission to PPH, you pay the price quoted.

Or try twitter, loads of PRs on there but might take some searching etc.
