First off - my DS is now 3.6 so this was obviously a while ago 
I've been thinking about when I was on ML. At the end of my year off on ML, I took one month (25 days) annual leave which was accrued while on ML, before coming back into the office.
We get 25 days per year + bank holidays - so essentially 33 days per year. Should I have been paid for the 8 bank holidays as well as the 25 days A/L or is there some sort of clause where this doesn't count?
Not a cause for huge concern, but 8 extra days pay would come in handy right now!
