Interview today-Oh. dear. god.

Phoned up this morning about a job, and now have an interview-this afternoon.
Its for a cake company, ive been doing cakes from home for about 4 years so ive dug out my portfolio, have got to rush into town to get some more recent cake pics developed.
I havent been in work for 5 years-Im shitting myself, for a start what do i wear-Im thinking smart trues with a nice knitwear top.

awe thats a shame, Will have to go back to the dodgy cake shop near me then. There cakes always go stale so quickly - any idea why?

Perhaps they make too far in advance, a good quality maderia will keep for 2 weeks if kept airtight, thats 2 weeks from baking.
Also if they freeze cakes then defrost and decorate they wont keep so well.
Too, once the cake is cut, wrap it really well in clingfilm, I would also put greese proof paper next to the cut edges to really keep it fresh.
