Can anyone recommend a good, easy to use job website?

The job I wanted to apply for has gone but it was so easy as it was on the companys website.

So I'm back to using job finders but IME they're either out of date, have crap search facilities or don't have any advertisements.

Is there a really good site I'm missing or any tips youcan give me?

The job I wanted was Asst Manager for Ernest Jones (Jewellers) but it's gone
They had Manager position but I don't think I could throw myself in at the deep end just yet!

NBG looking after diamonds in Ernest Jones? Would never work. She knows more about the 4 C's than Ernest Jones himself.

What sort of work are you after?
