It may be cheaper to purchase an existing dormant company and pay th admin charge to change the details.

I got my accountant to do it - think it cost me about £200.

The expensive bit is the accounting fees after you have set it up - accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT, PAYE returns as well as your indovidual self-assessment returns.

Sites.google.com is one of the best ways to set up a simple, free website. If you want to sell stuff online, you need something better.

Do you mean a website built on Sites.google.com won't be good enough to sell things through?
