Under 16 hours - what am I entitled to?

I'm planning to return to my old job, but just 2 days - they're asking me to sign my contract stating 15 hours work, with an extra 3 hours of consultancy per week.
As it stands, does this mean I'll lose any entitlements for working under 16 hours? (And what might those be?)

I've had to ask them to reword the contract a couple of times already, and I'm not too happy about signing it with those extra 3 hours highlighted - it wasn't in the original version and I don't want to jeopardise any potential benefits etc which I may be entitled to...

Can anyone help? Thank you! Smile

If so u lose everything when under 16 hrs, its not worth doing 15 hrs cos u won't get nowt.

No I'm not a single parent, and have no idea what entitlements I may be due? Maybe I should call the tax office, would they help do you think?
