Return to work meeting, whilst on maternity leave?

Hi all,
Bit of advice needed...
I have been asked to come in for a return to work interview with my employer and the person who has 'stepped up' in my absence. They would like me to come in for a whole afternoon, two weeks before I am due to return. There is no mention of being paid for this time.
Is this reasonable/normal?

Thanks!

It seems quite reasonable

Claim it as a Keeping in Touch day - you can take up to 10 of them without it affecting your maternity pay. You would probably get paid it with your first pay packet.

Sounds quite reasonable, as long as you can claim it as a KIT day, as voiture suggests. I had to come in for an afternoon to sort out HR related stuff when I was lat on mat leave with DD3 (nearly 2 years ago now - sob!) but I was able to bring her in with me. I had to complete a form when I returned to work detailing what days I had come in, and for what reason, then it was added to my first month's pay.
