I am sleep deprived, DD was unwell in the night, i have spent have the night dealing with her (although DH took over so I could spend some of that looking after DS too who woke), then the other half fighting sickness (and listening to the washing machine going round on spin cycle cleaning pukey bedclothes).

Got up for work, made a coffee, made myself look vaguely human, two sips of coffee, up chucked all my dinner from last night, undigested (curry).

Feel better, but still feel sick, headache, really really stinking headache. Might be sorted with medicine. Might not.

I have only 5 hours at work, but they will be 5 intense hours, and I have clients to see, so 1) i need to see them 2) i don't want to see them in between vomiting.

what should I do?

thats really odd! DD was sick last weekend too, but it coincided with her going to a halloween party and eating too many sweets. We thought this is what had happened this time as she had been to a birthday party on sunday and of course eaten more sweets than normal, but does not explain why she was sick several times and why I was sick a few hours later etc etc.

I wonder if she had a bug instead and we blamed the sweets? Oh probably not, that was a week ago.

Whatever it is, it is ridiculous! i have no idea what is going on!
