Title sums it up! There was a thread about a feminist conference in London which various people said they would go to and meet up afterwards - and i thought I had noted it and was going to see if I could go along - and now I can't find it!

Anyone know the details/where the thread went?

Help!

It's on page 2 of the topic list I think ISNT - here's the website

Molesworth · 19/04/2010 13:56

and here's the thread

ImSoNotTelling · 19/04/2010 13:57

Page 2!

Well that's what foxed me then

Thanks molesworth

I was also looking for a thread the other day and it took me ages to realise that the topic has already run to two pages. Not bad considering it's only been going a few weeks

It'd great there is either a lot of interest in this topic, or there are only about 4 of us and we are all prone to writing volumes!

Are you still going to the thing in October? I have realised I need to check DH shifts nearer the time.

I'm definitely up for going. It would be fab to have an MN feminist meetup

ImSoNotTelling · 19/04/2010 14:08

I would really like to meet everyone too!

Maybe we should suggest a meetup?

tlp I'm a scaredy cat too

Would it help to meet up at a coffee shop or a bar or summat beforehand

ImSoNotTelling · 19/04/2010 14:19

It starts at 9.30am so meeting at a bar beforehand might be a bit keen

Oh, they've got a creche .

Molesworth · 19/04/2010 14:36

A creche run by feminist men!

Yep, my children are almost 19 (DD) and 16 (DS) so getting up at stupid o'clock on a Saturday is a thing of the past for me, happily

Do you have to live in London to attend? Is it just for London feminists?

I think the 'in London' bit refers to the event taking place in London rather than it being aimed only at feminists in London, iyswim

ImSoNotTelling · 19/04/2010 19:01

I hope I can get a babysitter/or DH is off that day. I won't find out for ages. Or I could use the creche... (Actually no way am a wuss about going on teh tube with the kids on my own, get really stressed).

Lenin will you post again when registration is open?

I think the venue is near Euston, which makes it really easy for any MNers coming from up north
