A gender-critical social worker who alleges he was stripped of a case over his views on transgender issues is launching legal action after a row about pronouns.
Charles Plummer, a former social worker and family court adviser at the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass), claims managers removed him as guardian for a family of nine children after he refused to use “they/them” pronouns in official records.
Times report
Now, Plummer and the Bayswater Support Group, which represents parents concerned about child gender transitions, are launching a High Court judicial review demanding Cafcass suspend its transgender guidance.
