After the inaugural Manchester
Fringe Book Festival in 2025, the amazing WRN Manchester have put together an equally brilliant day of authors and discussion. I went last year and it was a really enjoyable day to hear so many amazing speakers who you'd never get to hear all on one day anywhere else!

Thanks for the information- and noted that a venue for a book festival has to be kept secret! We wouldn’t want any poor downtrodden, fragile, persecuted men to feel threatened and unsafe because there were books on display and for sale.

Worse than that @Veilsofmorning . Women will be speaking out loud with unauthorized opinions!

Last year's was fantastic! I bought my ticket for this year the day they were released.

I was there last year, it was great, there was no trouble and I’ll definitely go again this year

No trouble at all apart from working out which speaker you want to hear most! I missed Nick Wallis last year to hear Yehudis Fletcher speak because I think she is absolutely amazing and a natural born storyteller.

I went on my own last year and had so many great conversations and met loads of brilliant women. Just was sorry I couldn't stay for the social

I left before the social too, but am hoping to stay for it this time!

I was so disappointed not to make it last year. But bought my ticket early this year to ensure I could go. What a fab live up. But I also find these events are just incredible networking events. It's so good for the soul to be with like-minded people.
