Totally off topic but Tunnocks related.

Sorry, I know this is off topic but thought some regular posters may be interested. I watched a YouTube video yesterday where one the vloggers took a Tunnocks teacake, put it in a brioche bun and squeezed so the teacake spread over the bun. He said it was really good so I think I’m gong to try it.
He previously did a kitkat sandwich in another video and said the Tunnocks in a bun was better!

Fluff is surprisingly good on a Jacobs cream cracker. I bought a jar when I was trying to make my own Kimberley biscuits. Tip: don't bother. Just order them online instead.

I grew up on peanut butter and Fluff sandwiches! Only marginally more unhealthy than peanut butter and jelly sandwiches 😝

I can confirm that although supposedly it is mostly sugar and is purchased in the "food" aisle, it won't melt until the temperature is upwards of 95F, even in a cupboard in an old 18thC schoolroom with no AC. So, goodness knows what it's actually made of!

I put one in the freezer and fell asleep so I didn’t have it until the next day!
Incidentally, my daughter has been making this which she saw on TikTok, it’s not bad

I put my dark choc tea cakes in the freezer last week and promptly forgot about them. Found them today and my word, that was nice.

Fluff is one of the ingredients for butterbeer fudge. I didn’t use rum extract for whatever reason. It’s very sweet, but very nice. I think I made it in lockdown and bought the butterscotch chips from Amazon. I might make some more at Halloween. Not a cheap recipe to make here in the UK unless anyone can find UK equivalents for the butterscotch chips. They are currently £11.50 😱https://funmoneymom.com/butterbeer-fudge-recipe/

That is absolutely brilliant. I’m just gutted we can’t eat it!

I bought a pack at Lidl today and these are now my favourite Tunnocks product. I might have a second one just to make sure.

They are wonderful and I will never understand why they don't sell them in more places

Yeah, weird. They were in the section where our Lidl moves what is leftover from the specials (Scotland special) of the week before and there was barely anything else left, all Nairn's seeded oatcakes had gone😢but there were still two boxes of the wafer creams. I'll buy more next time I'm there.

Lidl are the only place in England I can reliably find my favourite crisps, Taylor, formerly known as Mackies and even they don't always have them or they're only in weird flavours.

If I can get to Lidl in the next couple of days I'll look out for the wafer creams.
