The law Professor’s argument was very good. Not surprised the ABC would not print an article by someone in the middle of an ongoing case.

The Australian judiciary should be ashamed of itself. As should the government.

Not unexpected. But the more the Australian establishment dig their heels in, the more obvious the ridiculousness of their position becomes and the more people are peaked. Sall is a hero

i was really sorry to read this. The only good thing is that it has shone a light onto the absurdity of the Australian law, and may cause people in Australia to really think about whether the law is right in this regard. It should come as a shock to some that women’s rights are so restricted
