There are anonymity orders in place so we do not know who is bringing the case against WellBN.

Thanks for the heads up. This should prove very interesting indeed.

My reading of the tweets so far made me think the judge didn’t seem keen to get involved, suggesting it was a decision for regulators, so it will be interesting to see what the outcome is.

Claimant’s barrister pointed out that "the father in this case tried to interest the regulators, the GMC, the local authority - nothing happened UNTIL the JR was issued”.

Thank you, I had missed this was happening.
