Nil points for jumping to conclusions. Nothing to do with Labour Party

Welcome to Labour Heartlands, a news outlet unbound by the traditional constraints of political party narratives or the mainstream media. Our mission is clear: We are dedicated to challenging the pervasive system of neoliberalism, which has found favour with all major UK political parties. Unfortunately, even the Labour Party has succumbed to this system, forsaking the very individuals they were initially created to advocate for. It is within this context of abandonment that we aim to be a voice for those who have been left behind.

I think you have jumped.

I dont read it regularly so was wondering if they had ever bothered to make similar comments about the Labour Party.

Even when there are schism in the left many still hang onto this traditional idea that you dont criticise in public.

But maybe they have written about Labour's women problem

Seriously. This is a thread about the Greens and the current case.
Why the whataboutery? Agree with the article I posted or criticise it I couldn't care less.
If you want to know what else he's written do your own research.

Curious if you could sue reform if they didn’t allow a refugee helpline stall.

Green party have said which side of the fence they’re on, either vote for them because they align the most with your political aims or don’t, surely.

After the Forstater EAT the law is that GC beliefs are a protected characteristic so a political party isn't allowed to discriminate against those holding such beliefs. Supporting refugees is not a PC.

The reality denying cult followers are on a hiding to nothing if they punish those who won't bend the knee.

This is from Greens internal legal report that was leaked to the Daily Telegraph

Pg 10 & 11.
…internal party rules designed to allow a party to penalise a protected characteristic or the holding or expression of protected beliefs by its members will not be viewed by the courts as a valid get-out clause allowing the party to discriminate against individuals expressing such beliefs…
For this reason, the Green Party’s “Guidance to Identify Queerphobia”, appended to the Party’s Framework for Ethics and Conduct by Green Party Regional Council (GPRC) in 2023 and being used to guide the deliberations of the Party’s disciplinary bodies, is highly problematic in its current form.
This guidance defines “transphobia” as including: “Actions which convey a view that trans women are not ‘real women’, are men and/or are male people; trans men are not ‘real men’, are women and/or are female people; and/or non-binary genders and identities do not exist or are invalid.
Regardless of the merits or otherwise of such views, they refer to the expression of a protected belief under the Equality Act, and the Party cannot lawfully discriminate against its members for holding or expressing such a belief.

Mindboggling that a political party that wants to be taken seriously can be so cavalier in its attitude towards the law of the land.

Shouldn't the Green's Women rename themselves to take out the "Green" part? They seem to be focused on trans people and have absolutely nothing in common with the actual Greens.

Shouldn't the actual Greens remove the word from the party since they are obsessed with promoting trans and don't give a stuff about the environment.

Report what?

I'm just making a suggestion so it's clearer what Green Women are all about (i.e. trans people).

They are about womens rights. Not 'trans'. Unlike the main Green party.

Some of the Green Women’s Declaration women went on Free Speech Nation on GB News last night to talk about their experiences, they’re near the beginning.

It is good to hear from Dr Pallavi Devulapalli. What a shame to lose these women’s voices in the party.
