So after being told the ECHR guidance on the SCJ was accurate and males are never females under the law, the Fox Killer is doubling down and on the beg again this time for "support" for GG and the WI to allow men and boys to join.
What possible argument can he think he has here?

He hasn't even got the backing of the wi or gg and how can he indemnify them from loosing their charitable status.

Maybe we need men to apply to the groups that persist on not providing genuine single sex spaces, on the basis that they cannot distinguish between different types of biological males and if they allow one male in they have to allow them all or it is discrimination and can taken to court. Someone’s husband applied to WI I think. Can also do in opposite direction women in male spaces. I think it will be easy to make a mockery of the rules if enough people assist.

If Jolyon is desperate for business, I would like to introduce him to Rupert Lowe MP, who is (a) very rich and (b) constantly threatening to sue people, with little success.

Just a few days ago Rupert failed to get an injunction against Parliamentary authorities that would have halted an investigation into workplace bullying claims, when the judge failed to accept Rupert's argument that he was a very important man and it would be unreasonable to expect him to spend some of his valuable time answering questions about the claims.

If Rupert is content to spaff lots of money up the wall in flimsy legal actions, he might just be the answer to Jolyon's prayers.

Firstly it’s not trans people just the male ones.
Secondly, if they really wanted to, they could. Obviously they’d have to make a lot of changes, eg stop being a charity, stop using the single sex exemption, so I guess they don’t want to that much.
