Any research study that involves participants (human or animal) and is so badly designed that it won't answer the primary outcome is unethical. This trial design will not resolve the question of whether puberty blockers improve mental health in children with gender dysphoria, therefore it is unethical.

So will they ignore all that happens over the extension and beyond ( the part they really need to know about)?
