Early as I'll be busy. The good news - Linzi Smith was banned and spied on for my beliefs. Linzi is a Newcastle United fan who was banned from the club. She won a great victory against Northumbria Police and the NU ban has been lifted. She says that’s 3 out of 3 court cases, not sure what the third was. Not all of the funds raised were required for the litigation. She has donated the surplus to Andreas Muller.

Andreas Mueller is a Public servant sued for saying sex is binary. Both JR and Naomi will appear in this case, in theory on the same side. Wow! So many cases.

I know Faye Russell Caldicott has posted on here before, so I hope she comes back to chivvy us up a bit. Her case is interesting because she's claiming on more than one PC: I think it's 3 - sex, religion and disability.

Next month I will drop those that havent updated for a while and the list will be much shorter. It also includes an Australian and a New Zealand case. New Zealand is a small country, raising large sums to fight what is clearly an uphill battle is hard for them.

Several very important cases (wide application) in the list as well as some David v Goliath ones.

A high percentage of cases succeed - so little seeds tend to produce beautiful blooms.
