We haven't heard from Dawn in a while not sure what is happening.
Another possible case involves the Green's expulsion of Green's Women's Declaration from the conference at start of this month - it seemed clearly illegal but no news on whether GWD pursuing legal action yet but they were looking into it.
Green's Women's Declaration
We submitted our conference stall booking on 6th June, and it was accepted on 28th August. We were thrilled and shared this exciting news with you, our supporters, and also on social media.
Following our announcement, a coordinated campaign emerged from trans rights activists within the party to challenge our presence. This included a petition and widespread dissemination of defamatory claims misrepresenting our aims, values and past behaviours.
On Wednesday afternoon – less than 48 hours before the conference – we were informed that our stall had been cancelled.
Why This Matters
We believe this action constitutes discriminatory treatment based on Gender Critical belief and sex, undermining the rights of women to advocate for single-sex spaces, services, and sports – rights that are protected under UK law. The accusations made against our members, including claims of hostile and confrontational behaviour, are wholly unfounded.
We note that both Labour Women's Declaration and Liberal Voice for Women have successfully defended their right to advocate for single-sex provisions at their respective Party conferences. The Green Party's failure to learn from these precedents is disappointing.
We are currently seeking legal advice regarding the cancellation and the defamatory allegations made against our organisation

Would think it is a near certain win.
