I would too! They are going straight for important/big targets.

  • The organisations were identified through a triage process that assessed potential breaches and their seriousness, considering factors including severity, organisational size, persistence, and potential impacts on vulnerable groups. The list was further refined to include only organisations that still maintained concerning policies as of last month. This does not indicate that other organisations may not also have policies requiring review.
  • The organisations span policing, education and other sectors including health and public services.

My NHS Trust still has an illegal policy up on the intranet with some smug posturing about how inclusive they are. I hope a stern letter from the EHRC is on its way (with a cc to every NHS organisation in the country maybe?)
