Stopped shopping in M&S years ago

since they became a men’s rights shop. It’s taken a long time to replace all my M&S with other brands but I’m getting there.

I’m enjoying their improved offering and don’t care what they do in shops. I order in line. Maybe get off your high horse?

To be quite frank their clothes have been awful for years.

I've never shopped with Temu, Shein, Primark or New Look. Do I get a sticker?

I reckon you just suck it up, the world is a tough place so get a grip.

@OverlyFragrant That’s not true. They have really improved. The cyber attack set them back but they have definitely turned a corner with new leadership. Clothes sales had been flying!

I’ve not used M&S for years for a number of reasons. I think they are a very ethically poor organisation, in many ways.

I was a committed Ocado user until they swapped their partnership to M&S.

If I boycotted every shop some MNetters were against there would be nowhere left to shop. I love M & S Food hall and their jeggings fit me just right, so I'll carry on shopping where I please.

I was in a store on 31 July looking for plain white t shirts. I found what I was looking for, judging by the hanger a nice variety of sizes. I need a size 10 so pull one out, only the label on the t shirt says 14. So I looked for another, and same story. Of 15+ t shirts hanging with hangers saying sizes from 8 to 20, every single one was a size 14.
I looked at their knickers, similar story, only the Brazilians were in the thongs, the thongs were in the briefs.
I walked out.

@OverlyFragrant Why not shop on line? Huge choice. They obviously employ idiots in your store. There’s so many to choose from on line. I occasionally visit a M&S in Westfield but nowhere else other than to buy food. Most shops can have supply issues with stock. Not just M&S.

I’ve semi-boycotted them since the late 1980s when I became exasperated by their awful customer service, in that they’d be my very last port of call for anything I needed urgently. (I could never work out why, if they knew size 12/14 of anything good sold out quickly, they didn’t stock more of them, but that seems the standard of wilful incompetence in a number of retail outlets, not just M&S).
Anyway, I use them even less now, what with the genderwoo. I’ve been in twice in the last four years.
