They've updated again. Legal Feminist has a summary.

That sounds very positive, thank you for sharing.

The grown ups appear to be slowly coming back into the room.

Thank you. Another step forward.

It's not there yet, but certainly heading back in the direction of sanity (and judicial neutrality).

This is good so far as it goes, but judges should not pay lip-service to gender identity theory by using "preferred pronouns" in any case in which conflict between gender identity theory and reality is in issue.

Even as important as we know the pronoun issue to be, I think it's still under appreciated. Joyce's interview on WH demonstrated how powerfully pronouns operate on perception. When Joyce consistently referred to Robin White as a man throughout the interview, even Nuala herself wasn't able to keep up the pretense that Robin White was a women without 'misgendering' him. It's unreasonable to expect judges to be able to protect the rights of women when the men challenging those rights are allowed to insist as being presented as women in language before the court.

Amusingly the update also includes a new section on emotional support dogs.

Oh, I hadn't spotted the dogs. That's marvellous!

It was unbelievable that the legal system in the country was prepared to accept gender as the marker and to write the ETBB to have sections built on this travesty.

A small percentage of the population did major harm by not reflecting, but moving ahead of society. The fact that a section on pronouns still exists, is not, in my view all that positive. Most of the people (yes a sweeping statement) who end up in court, are not in touch with the theories being spewed out of gender politics at our universities. The ETBB should have always, always reflected that fact.
