I hope this is a tsunami of rolling back unisex toilets in schools. Girls should not have to put up with this and the gaslighters, including the unions and education law firms that have all encouraged it should be held accountable too.

Brillaint. Let’s hope english schools are watching!

Amazing thanks

Hopefully this will put a shot across the bow of the government that trying to get around the Supreme Court judgement with gender neutral facilities will not be a goer.

If this applies to schools, will it apply to all venues that host under 18s? As in, can the judgement be extrapolated?

Good news for girls!
Well done to the parents who faught this. Id bet 90% of teachers don't agree with TWAW either but felt powerless to stop it.

Wasn't this initiated by the parents of a little boy. Not that I am against it. The new guidance would say urinals need to be provided for boys.

The piece said they were particularly concerned because they also have a 3 yo girl, I think - presumably they wanted to get the proper legal provision before she is school age.

Agree. Although it’s primarily about women and girls, all children matter equally in this. And it’s perfectly understandable a boy wouldn’t want to use a urinal in front of a girl, or be punished for misgendering, or confused into thinking he’d been ‘born into the wrong body’.

Yes the prime concern is the physical and sexual safety as well as privacy of girls and women.

However I do think its equally important for the privacy of boys and men, particularly teen boys going through puberty and older men who may feel intimated by young women in their spaces.
