I've been following the work on NHS policies and thought I'd have a peek at the local uni. Interestingly, every relevant policy is now under review. I wait with bated breath to see what results: Policies and Guidance | Equality, Diversity and Inclusion | University of Exeter
Having sat in various medical-related lectures where many (though not all) lecturers have conflated and confused sex and gender, and been told that all facilities and services should be gender neutral in the name of inclusion, and where, when challenged, said lecturers have just looked either baffled or countered with how bigoted thinking anything else was, I am very very curious as to how this will now be navigated. As ever, travelling hopefully.
