Can anyone recommend a book about periods for young tweens please

Hello, as title suggests I'm looking for recommendations for a book to prepare DD for puberty but specifically in relation to periods.

There's obviously a lot of ropey BS being peddled out there and so only want books relating to biological reality rather than faux inclusivity or any discussion of gender. TIA wise women of MN

I got Milli Hill too, as did a friend I recommended it to. I also bought a copy to donate to DD's school and they were very grateful
