Single sex exemptions have been legal since the Equality Act 2010 was introduced. They were never and have never been illegal, even though trans people are also protected from discrimination.

Delighted to see the law is finally being correctly stated. There's never been any legal necessity for mixed sex facilities.

Good to read sucha clear article. What is it about sporting governing bodies that means they're so in thrall to men demanding access to women undressing?

Good for Tracy Edwards. I don't know if it's connected or not but it feels like the Sandie Peggie case is opening the floodgates and waking people up.

Well done Tracy Edwards (and who would have thought I would have spent the last decade cheering on Daily Mail and Telegraph articles? But they're spot on on this issue).
