BBC working very hard to avoid pronouns for sex offender

It's only because the BBC don't know what to do in this case. Normally they hide behind "We use the pronouns used by the police and court" when faced with complaints about referring to biologically male offenders as "she" (or occasionally "they").

But as the Telegraph reports "Despite court records referring to the paedophile using “he”, police have since referred to McCullgh as “she”."

Faced with this, the BBC has avoided pronouns altogether. In this one case. In the next, normal service will be resumed, I guarantee it.

These men must be going through a lot gender distress and I believe that to alleviate that they should be given gender affirming surgery as soon as possible. Essentially they should be physically castrated before entering male prison.
