I am totally astounded by the goings on in the Sandie Peggie tribunal, which I have been avidly following thanks to the brilliant women on Mumsnet. But it's not just Scotland which is mad. Imagine my blood pressure when I received the weekly news e-mail from South Gloucestershire (Liberal run - totally captured) council. See attached. Where can I make my "sane" representations? Who are the Diversity Trust? Who on earth pays for these things? Would Sex Matters be interested?

(Just to add - I am not a Trump fan, have never stayed in one of his hotels and middle of the road politically but admit that I do think that JKR should run the country).

"We are proudly flying the Progress Pride flag at the Badminton Road Office in Yate and Kingswood Civic Centre to mark LGBTQ+ History Month. If you would like to get involved, you can follow the Diversity Trust who run regular webinars, including a taster session Intro to Gender Diversity on Wednesday 19 March, from midday to 1pm.

The Liberal Democrats are just awful on this. I have written to them in the past and not only are they adamant they are in the right, they have very confused ideas about the law and what is actually going on.
