Customer care survey from Edinburgh Airport

My mum received this CC survey from Edinburgh Airport. I don’t post that much in these boards (there’s a great many posters here who can articulate my own feelings on these subjects far better than I can) but I have to post it somewhere just to have an outlet at how angry it makes me. Relegated to the bottom - plus ca change, plus ca meme chose and all that.

At this point, it’s taking the piss.

Top tip- I am actually flying out soon so will keep that in mind. My mum is fuming about it as well, and is looking for a way to register her objection. When she first sent it to me I thought it was some kind of rage-bait she’d been sent!

What the fucking fuck? Perpetualy coming second in the list after men is bad enough - but this is outrageous.

• wtf don't they list their categories alphabetically?
• male and female, obviously, are sexes not gender. As they included 'non-binary' they aren't using the term as a euphemism for sex. 'Masculine' and 'feminine' are the genders.

That is wild, if they had done it alphabetically either way on the alphabet it wouldn’t have annoyed me. But to stick female at the bottom like that is appalling

Sorry @BriceNobeslovesMurielHeslop but I think your Mum needs an eye test. She has obviously misread the question, which actually says, 'Please tell us how much we should care about your answers using the following scale'.

Fuckers. I used to know someone who is now on the Board there and is an absolute arse.

I used to think that sort of thing was down to dumbfuckery and confusion (the conflation of sex and gender etc) but this is just outrageous. I've had similar from the NHS and my professional body (to which I have to pay hefty fees in order to work), but it's amazing how far the misogyny has spread. An airport FFS.

It should be alphabetical order - Female before Male. And no other options. And it's sex, not gender, of course.
