Resources for saying gender ideology is politically motivated

Hi,

A friend of mine is a volunteer for a charity and has to do mandatory EDI training. The argument she wants to put forward is that the charity aligning itself with Pride, gender ideology, etc. is a political move and has no place within a charity unless it does this across the board. I.e. you can't cherry pick who you support particularly when this is a service for 'everyone'.
Does anyone have resources they can point me towards to support this?

Also, is anyone aware of any organisations that have suspended EDI training as a matter of principle for pushing the promotion of pronouns etc?

I have done some digging but can't seem to get the wording right for an internet search without getting irrelevant information.

All help much appreciated.

Hmm. How about the Nolan Principles of public life as a start?

Look at 1.2 Integrity

A quick look at all of the trans activist groups will show language like "lobby for, promote the interests of.... eg, Gendered Intelligence state that: "We also engage with public policy and seek to influence legislation, the media, policy and research at a national level"

You could argue that all the trans lobby groups have aims that disadvantage certain groups. Women are massively disadvantaged when our sex based oppression is not recognised, when words like woman, pregnant women etc are seen as transphobic and children are harmed when these groups pretend that their bodies are wrong but can be fixed with a sex change.

Tricky as it's a charity and the charity sector are hugely captured by trans extremism.

Just yesterday I watched a video by The Spectator, You Tube I think , I was watching because I was interested in identifying good charities. However it mainly focused on how the big Charities particularly are completely captured by EDI and pay extortionate amounts for training etc. Might be worth a look. It was very recent.
