And yes I'm sure the FA is going to be very afraid of someone who wants them to ban supporting LGBT rights along with gay rights charities because it offends their Christian beliefs.

edit- as I said I doubt anything will come of this, but I've made the FA and Stonewall aware.

The crowdfund does sound a little vexatious and I'm not sure if individuals have the right to decide who works with whom else which they aren't involved in, so it may end up being removed.

Last night, in a discussion of the awarding of the World Cup 2034 to Saudi Arabia, the 'rainbow laces' campaign was mentioned by a UK referee (who I think was LGB). What I got from his comments was that the campaign against the 'rainbow laces' was on a par with Saudi Arabia's anti LGBT laws. It appears that some in football are completely brainwashed as to the T, and can't see why women, whether straight or gay, find this a problem.

Not all women have gender critical views do they?

This was a man (note pronoun used for him). Any woman who supports women and women's spaces etc has gender critical views. Besides, no-one can change sex and sex is binary. Please do not trot out the stuff about DSDs or clown fish or whatever is the current pseudo-science. I - and other GC women - are tired of refuting it all.

Interesting to note the description of Stonewall used in the article

This is excellent. The press is slowly regaining the courage to speak the truth.

Sadly, those news sources that have been traditionally liberal or leftwing are now the most misogynistic (honourable exception the Morning Star). So I find myself cheering for newspapers I used to dislike, eg Telegraph, Times and Mail.

Horrendous she went through all that. “Hypothetical victim”, WTF? Are the police going to arrest people for hypothetical bank robbery next?

I hope that Northumbria Police reinforce their apology with a large cheque.

According to We Are Fair Cop, who named and shamed, there were 14 police of various ranks who were involved in this case. The offending tweet was from June '23!
