I have heard a few pundits talking about how there has been a surge of older , women voters declaring for Kamala, which could push things her way. I don’t want to jinx anything, but can’t help feeling a little light of hope in my heart, and also a little bit of schaudenfraude ( spelling) at how wonderful it would be if the very people who Trump has reviled and sneered at in the past are the ones who just might show him the door.

Women of the US! Get out there and vote for her, you have nothing to lose but a misogynistic, racist liar as your President for the next four years,

I really hope so, I fear for women in the US if Trump gets in. If they push for a total abortion ban (and the 'exceptions for the life of the mother' are almost unusable and risk and have already caused maternal deaths) pregnant women shouldn't even visit there on holiday.

I agree, apparently for many of the older women voters abortion is the issue that is triggering them even if they have previously been Republican voters, they are old enough to know what the alternatives are.

Yes it did make me smile when they said that the surprise poll was perhaps because no one had thought that older women might change their vote this time and what effect that would have. The forgotten invisible older women = ninjas of change

Many conservatives seem unable to comprehend people caring about issues that don't effect them directly.
