Feminism: Sex and gender discussions

I might have pointed out that the gender inclusive (mixed sex) facilities at my workplace were denying me my legal right to single sex provision and certain of my colleagues access to toilets at all, as they can't use mixed sex for faith reasons.

I asked them to stand up for the majority of their members.

I have absolutely fuck all faith they'll do anything about it, of course.

Noting, by the way, that they are seeking views from non-Union members, too.

Is there a legal right? I want aware there was in the uk.

Yes. The EA makes specific provision for single sex services.

Not to mention health and safety regs.
